Below, please find instructions that can help you prepare the presentation of your contribution to CCF-ICAI 2018.

Oral Presentation

Presenters should bring their own lectures. Oral presentation for each paper is only allowed 20 minutes in total for the presentation and questions. Session chairs will be asked to strictly enforce time limits.

          All presenters should show up to their session at least 10 minutes before it starts, in order to meet with the session chair and ensure a smooth session.

The session of oral presentation will be arranged on the afternoon of August 10. The detailed schedule will be released later.

Poster Presentation

The conference organizers will print all the posters before the conference starts. The presenters need to send the electronic version of their posters by email to ccdm2018@126.com with the subject "CCF-ICAI 2018 Poster for <paperID>" by July 25, 2018.

We recommend the presenters to download the template here and use it to make their posters. If the presenters choose to use their own template, please set the poster size to 80 cm width * 180 cm height.

The session of poster presentation will also be arranged on the afternoon of August 10, in parallel with the oral session.
